When you request a quote through our website, ads, phone, or email, we collect the contact information and job details you provide, such as your name, phone number, email address, location, items, access, preferred timing, and any photos you choose to share.

We use these details to respond, prepare estimates, arrange and carry out agreed services, maintain customer and job records, and provide updates. An inquiry does not reserve a booking or enroll you in an ongoing promotional mailing list.

Website and advertising

We may store the advertising source, campaign labels, and click identifiers included with your inquiry to understand which ads bring requests. Account access uses a session cookie. Our hosting and service providers may process technical connection and security information.

Service providers

We use providers including Render for hosting, Resend for email, and Stripe for payment processing when payment is offered. Payment card details are entered with Stripe, not stored in our customer records. If you submit a Facebook or Instagram lead form, Meta also processes that submission under its own privacy policy. We share relevant job details with team members or service partners as needed to arrange or fulfill your request.

Keeping and updating information

We keep information as needed for customer service, job records, security, and applicable recordkeeping requirements. Contact us to ask about information you submitted, correct it, request deletion, or stop further follow-up. Some records may need to be retained for completed services or legal obligations.
